1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the fik77 website accessible at https://fik77.cam, including all its pages, features, services, and mobile-optimized interfaces.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on fik77 and participates in real-money gambling activities.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the fik77 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of deposited funds, bonus credits, and accumulated winnings held within a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or reward issued by fik77 to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must bet before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process conducted by fik77 to confirm a Player's eligibility and protect against fraud and money laundering.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any country or jurisdiction from which accessing fik77 is restricted under applicable law.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all platform operations, service hours, and draw schedules.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on fik77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. fik77 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21, regardless of the legal age of majority in any other context.
2. You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register accounts.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory or in violation of any law applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of any employee of fik77 or its affiliated companies.
6. You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by fik77 for misconduct or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

fik77 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account at any time if eligibility conditions are not met or cannot be verified. Determination of eligibility is at fik77's sole discretion.

3 Account Registration

Each Player may register one Account only. Opening more than one Account — including under a different name, email address, bank account, or device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), a valid email address, and a mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia. You must not impersonate any other person or use a fictitious identity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. fik77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep login details secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify fik77 support immediately at [email protected].

fik77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating reasons and to close any Account that it determines, at its sole discretion, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or is in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

fik77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity, confirm age eligibility, and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. KYC verification may be required at registration, before a first withdrawal, when a cumulative deposit threshold is exceeded, or at any time at fik77's discretion.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License (SIM) — must be government-issued, valid, and clearly legible.
• Proof of Age: The above identity documents serve as age verification. Your date of birth must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or photo of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, confirming the account holder name matches your fik77 registration name.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past 90 days, showing your full name and Indonesian address.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. fik77 is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by a Player's failure to submit complete and accurate KYC documentation in a timely manner.

All KYC documents submitted to fik77 are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to process your transactions.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All funds on the fik77 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). fik77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. Accepted payment methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Deposits made via local bank transfer during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside standard banking hours may take up to 30 minutes. E-wallet deposits are credited in real time.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the Player's verified fik77 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. fik77 targets a withdrawal processing time of 60 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Withdrawals requested during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take longer.

fik77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if:

• KYC verification has not been completed;
• There is an active investigation into the Account for fraud or suspicious activity;
• The withdrawal would result in a negative balance after deducting any applicable wagering obligations; or
• The Player has an outstanding bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement attached to funds subject to withdrawal.

Deposits made to fik77 are used solely for gambling purposes on the platform. fik77 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on Player balances.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

fik77 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for all deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 must be wagered a total of Rp 2.000.000 before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering obligations will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after the wagering requirement is fully met are transferable to the withdrawable balance.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 20%; sports bets contribute 100% of settled stake. Specific contribution rates may vary per promotion.
• Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• fik77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation is found.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no monetary value outside the fik77 platform.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on fik77 are subject to the specific rules governing each product type. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before participating. Key general rules include:

• Sportsbook: Bets are accepted on the markets and odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are fixed. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for a return; one voided selection reduces the accumulator by that leg. Voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules as published on the platform.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of fik77's trading team. Bets placed during a connectivity disruption or platform outage cannot be guaranteed and may be voided.
• Casino Games: All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Void Bets: fik77 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, data feed failure, manifest odds error, or event cancellation has occurred. In the event of a void, the original stake is returned to the Player's balance.
• Maximum Winnings: fik77 applies a maximum single-event payout cap, details of which are communicated per product. Winnings exceeding the cap will be paid at the cap level.

8 Responsible Gaming

fik77 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing gambling-related harm. The platform provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 72-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Configurable on-screen notifications that alert Players to their session duration at set intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from fik77 for a minimum period of 30 days up to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended and no deposits, bets, or logins are permitted. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the elected period.

fik77 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. If fik77 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be held, and any deposits made will be returned after deducting any winnings generated during the underage period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fik77 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one Account, whether in your own name or that of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players or third parties, or any form of corrupt betting activity;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or manifest pricing mistakes in odds or game outcomes;
• Systematic arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or platforms using fik77 markets;
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise access fik77's software, data feeds, or underlying systems without authorization;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fik77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, fik77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all bets placed, forfeit the entire Account balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the fik77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, data, text, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of fik77 or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants any Player a license to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any fik77 intellectual property without express prior written consent.

Game content supplied by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by fik77 under license.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fik77 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business arising from your use or inability to use the platform;
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind;
• Platform downtime, technical failures, data transmission errors, or delays caused by third-party infrastructure, payment providers, or internet service providers;
• Actions taken by fik77 in good faith to enforce these Terms & Conditions, including Account suspension or bet voiding;
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Where fik77's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fik77 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Account Termination

Termination by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting fik77 customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal will be processed to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied and no bonus wagering obligations are outstanding.

Termination by fik77: fik77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• A Player is found to be ineligible under the criteria set out in Clause 2;
• fik77 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform;
• A Player has not logged in or made any transaction for a continuous period of 12 months (inactive account).

In the case of termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. In the case of termination for inactivity, fik77 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player before applying any dormancy deduction, in accordance with its dormant account policy.

13 Amendments to Terms

fik77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to a proposed amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment's effective date.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by the licensing jurisdiction under which fik77 operates. fik77 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and is subject to the regulatory requirements of that licensing body.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in their jurisdiction of residence. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using fik77 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an Account. fik77 does not make any representation that the platform is lawful in all territories.

Any dispute between a Player and fik77 that cannot be resolved through customer support shall first be referred to mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body designated by fik77. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
